Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday till 2P.M., excluding bank holidays).
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and delivered.
Your order will be delivered by a courier service. Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company may not be able to leave it ‘hidden’ at the address.

You will be able to track the delivery of your parcel once your order has been dispatched and you have received your dispatch email.
After your order is dispatched, you can track the delivery status of your order online with our courier by clicking on “Track My Order”.
Order Status Descriptions
Your order is currently being processed into our warehouse system.
The order is now picked by our Warehouse team.
The warehouse has now packaged your order in time for dispatch.
Our courier has collected your order from our warehouse and is in the process of delivering it to you. You may track this delivery by clicking on your tracking number under ‘Track my order’ or tracking in your order confirmation email.
Your order is being returned to the warehouse either due to return being processed or recipient not available to receive the package.
Your order is delivered to your address.
Please note: The Track My order page is available for 30 days post the date of order.

Purchase Limit Policy

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing payment information.
• Cannot deliver to address provided.
• Duplicate order was placed.
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.
